I must be honest, the previous reviews for this hotel made me nervous about staying here. BUT BOY AM I GLAD I HAD TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR MYSELF. Staff was very friendly. When I got there late afternoon to check in, I inquired about the coffee and the woman who was checking me in stated she would make a fresh pot for me. She was very warm and pleasant. The lobby and room was clean and comforting. I was by myself, but it was very quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The other staff that I encountered for the one night and the morning were pleasant as well. The breakfast was decent as well. I would stay there again when visiting Albany. I would recommend.

I work in Albany about once a month. I often bring an employee with me. It’s a great value for the price. It’s on the better side of town near everything I need. (Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Freight). There are good restaurants in walking distance. There is a decent breakfast included that starts at 6am which is convenient. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. It’s my go to place.

The front desk assistant Courtney is awesome , friendly, kind , helpful. She is such an asset to your organization. Breakfast asst and food is wonderful. I love staying at the Park is what I now call it .
